Hunterbond have been fabricating timber buildings for over forty years, during this time we have kept at the forefront of the developments in timber engineering and have fabricated the two most recent iconic timber buildings in New Zealand.
| The NMIT Arts and Media buildings in Nelson, designed by Irving
Smith Jack Architects with engineering by Aurecon, managed by Arrow
International. Hunterbond were involved from an early stage with ISJ and
Aurecon in assisting with advice on what can be achieved and different
cost options, in particular working on the level of finish required.
